Across the UK many families will have sat down to a roast dinner this afternoon or later this evening. Years ago twice that amount would have done so too! It’s a tradition that despite the modern, fast paced life that we currently exist in – is still upheld by many.
So todays photographs are a short series exploring the Roast Dinner! It can come accompanied by many different types of meat – or indeed a vegetarian option such as a nut roast. But today our roast dinner consisted of Beef. And whilst many believe that yorkshire puddings should only go with beef and stuffing should only go with pork…or something like that, we really don’t adhere to the rules. The same goes with only have horse radish sauce on the table – that stuff is horrible! Mint sauce all the way, regardless of whether we are eating lamb (which we don’t much these days) or not.
