The Agapanthus have hatched! (Thanks to Lizzie, one of the followers of this blog, for the name of the flower!) Almost without fail, they bloom at the same time every year regardless of me hosing them with the hose-pipe to try and hurry things up a little bit. We’ve had a few bouts of rain in amongst the very hot Summer we seem to be having and that seemed to help things. I love photographing these flowers, so expect more whilst they are still around!
