I recently wandered into Waterstones and found a beautiful book by Drew Barrymore. It’s basically a book full of photographs in which she has posted images of hearts found in absolutely everything. It sounds corny, but it’s actually quite clever. You can see the book here. I haven’t bought it yet but it’s on my wishlist. The other day we were looking for new mirrors for the house – we really needed something in the downstairs bathroom as it’s such a big empty space and also a mirror above our fireplace. We spent ages looking at mirrors, most of them were unwrapped and had dents or scratches in them. We found the one below for the bathroom but it had a small varnish stain in the lower corner…. but since it was heart shaped I decided I’d start my own mini project of Finding it in everything and we bought it anyway! Don’t worry, I’m not going to insist a heart is every photo I take this year…maybe a heart OR an owl…
