We ventured out and beat the crowds this year to wander around Winchester christmas markets. It was eerily quiet considering the time of year… but nice because we actually got to see what all the stallholders were selling. Which was mostly over priced bits and pieces! It was christmassy though and well worth a visit if you’re ever in the area. Our Christmas markets don’t compete with the likes of Belgium and Germany or even France and some of the main traders have left us by the time it gets near to Christmas to go to a bigger market such as Bath – but it’s still nice to have a visit. Last bit of Christmas shopping done too which is always an added bonus!
