We have Mr Buddy staying with us for almost a month and although we had muddy carpets this morning (always a good idea to choose cream carpets in a brand new house of course!) and the concern that he’s withholding his ‘poos’ and ‘wees’ because he’s shy of the garden, it was so nice to be greated with a huge doggy smile and a waggy tail this afternoon when I came home.
He met me at the door with four toilet rolls and his toy owl in his month – Buddy loves toilet rolls, he stores them up and gums them over time when he gets bored or lonely. I’m hoping that the next three and a bit weeks will soon convince William that we need our very own Buddy, muddy feet and toilet rolls included…
