Today is mostly about vegetables! I couldn’t think of much else to blog and these tasty things are our speciality with pork chops and mint sauce! I also did manage some shots of the moon last night, but more about those another day… Oh yes, the first photograph is mostly blurred because the oven is so HOT. Surprising for an oven.
