I cooked quite a bit for a Friday evening really – when one just wants to chill out! But it was fun, of sorts and I ended up with a beef stroganoff with Rice…
After that, somehow this chocolate pudding appeared that I seemed to have made too – with fat free cottage cheese as well which I was initially frustrated with William for as he picked up the wrong thing – but some quick googling suggested that actually it might be okay to try this cottage cheese stuff instead of cream cheese….
And you know? It worked! So this chocolate pudding is called ‘Hot Chocolate Cheese-Cake’ and it is actually healthier than it looks – result!
