β€œHe turned to look just in time to see the rain start falling out as if the storm had finally decided to weep with shame for what it had done to them.”
― James Dashner

If we didn’t have weather, I wouldn’t be able to blog for 365 days. It’s true. The weather is the most topical thing at the moment and brings even the strangest of strangers together. You can walk down the street, with puddles all around you and someone you’ve never spoken to before in your life can make a face, and you make one back – and there you have it. You’ve bonded over weather. Or you’re making faces at strangers.

I drove through thunder, lightning, rain, sunshine and hail storms today. It was quite bizarre. I also sat in the car at one point and it was raining in front of me, but not behind. Well the rain has to stop at some point I suppose!

Yesterday I drove home through a town where some of the houses were pumping out water on a rather constant basis. Then on into the countryside where the reflection from the sunsetting sky was bouncing around off of all kinds of fields that were completely saturated, some with new lakes and rivers running through them.
