“There is nothing worse than a brilliant image of a fuzzy concept.” -Ansel Adams
I thought that the darker evenings and awful weather would hamper my efforts in completing the photo a day challenge, but actually it’s the social calendar at this time of year that’s making it really restrictive in terms of getting photos!
However the end is in sight, and therefore I’m going to keep going whilst I can…today I photographed some lovely Christmas jars that I bought at a craft fair last month.
I played around with some actions in Photoshop, some may be fairly over the top, but I liked the effect and it’s a little different to the normal. Red ribbons lend themselves to soft lighting and vintage tones.

…kudos to you for keeping up with the pic-a-day challenge…deadlines are not for me, im afraid…life has enough deadlines in it already, without adding them to my hobby and pastime…!
I somewhat agree! After about day 100 I decided I needed to keep going regardless, but I am so looking forward to having freedom with the camera (and blogging!) again! :)
