Huge thanks to Shane and David for lending their faces to today’s blog. However it got dark fairly early, something which I wasn’t prepared for – twilight by 7pm! So out of the numerous shots I took, tripodless and without fiddling with the settings too much, only a few made the crunch. However less words and more photos today…
We popped to a local park for the setting, it’s usually quite nice especially when the weather is sunny. However the dry Summer seemed to have congealed the lakes a little bit into something that looked very horrible, even the ducks were struggling! So we avoided that!
Shane has been a good photographic subject before, he started my people and portraits portfolio and is now the face of the front page of my website and facebook banner. So that’s about it for today. 99 days until Christmas which means just a few more than that until this challenge is officially over – it has in some ways, gone incredibly fast but in others, painfully slow!
