Today marked a first for me – venturing out armed with props, flooring, backdrops and the camera to visit a friend from my college days so that I could photograph herself, her partner and the new addition to their family.
I couldn’t have done it alone, using a backdrop without a frame requires the awesome height of William, so for that, and setting up, directing lights and reflecting sun – I have to thank him immensely! I was incredibly pleased however, with how everything turned out.
I invested in a photography studio kit some days ago and didn’t have all that much faith in being able to use it properly. But it worked – and the studio set up complimented it fantastically and two hours quickly passed by!
